Zambezi Portland Cement factory has successfully achieved 130% of its forecasted output for the year 2014, a surplus of 1, 00, 000 tonnes of cement. The actual output for the year 2014 was recorded as 4, 73, 985 tonnes.

According to Zambia Daily Mail, the Zambezi Portland Cement factory has registered a surplus of 1, 00, 000 of cement for the year 2014.
