Executives Commemorate Merger with Sign Unveiling.
Today, Yadkin Bank completed its conversion to reflect the merger-of-equals announced earlier this year between Yadkin and VantageSouth Banks. The combined franchise, retaining the Yadkin Bank name, will be the largest community bank headquartered in North Carolina with approximately $4.0 billion in assets.
