Foreclosure filings - default notices, scheduled auctions and bank repossessions - continue to grow in the U.S. and are expected to climb through the end of the year. The mortgage loan crisis has been exacerbated by the most recent issue surrounding faulty and, in some cases, fraudulent paperwork, which has sparked lawsuits, title conflicts and halted evictions nationwide. Given the severity of the crisis, many Americans are wondering how the Wall Street reforms will play into the issue.
