Autodidactic Visual Artist, D. Lammie-Hanson, Creates 25 Celebrity Portraits with the 500 year old technique, Silverpoint to Celebrate Essence Festival's Silver Anniversary in New Orleans.
Visual artist D. Lammie-Hanson has created a new series that the world has never seen before. Her stunning new silverpoint series "Dared to Be... A Silverpoint Soulful Experience" will be unveiled on Friday July 5th, 2019 at the Salon Artist in Residence @ Canal Place/the Arts Council of New Orleans, 333 Canal St. 2nd Flr. New Orleans, LA 70130. This solo art show is a celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Essence Music Festival. The opening reception starts at 6 pm.
