NORCROSS, GA – VEGA BIOFUELS, INC. (Pink Sheets: VGPR) announced today that it recently agreed to a reverse merger transaction with Industry Source Consulting, LLC. The Company has filed the necessary documentation with the Secretary of State and FINRA to formerly change the name of the Company and secure a new trading symbol.
