The 100 Urban Entrepreneurs (www.100urbanentrepreneurs.org) "Handle Your Business Tour", will arrive in Washington, DC on April 21, 2011 at Howard University to give students and young entrepreneurs around the DC metropolitan area an opportunity to compete for $10,000 in startup capital.
