Combination creates powerhouse platform to drive EdTech innovation.
Al Manhal FZLLC (“Al Manhal”) and TechKnowledge FZLLC (“TechKnowledge”), two of the most innovative EdTech providers in the Middle East and North Africa, formalized their merger on October 1, 2018. The merged company will be privately held and operate under TechKnowledge General Trading LLC and the companies will combine business operations over the coming year.
