Synel MLL PayWay announced full acquisition of Synel UK Industries shares. This transaction reflects SYNEL's MLL PayWay focus on advancing its all-channel model and continuing to grow its successful software and hardware business through the full integration of Synel UK.

Synel UK Industries develop, produce, supply and install computerised systems for data collection, workforce management, time & attendance, scheduling, electronic registration and access control applications. More than 2000 companies and organisations in the UK are using Synel Systems.
