Los Angeles, CA - Mr. Steven J. Muehler, Chief Executive Officer or Blue Coast Securities Corporation today announced that the firm has acquired a minority equity position in a Phillipines BioFuels Company for the production of "Jatropha Biofuels" in the Philippines.
