Ewan Baxendale as vice president of Healthcare M&A. Ewan has joined from HLS Advisory, where as a member of the Life Science M&A group he led sell-side and buy-side processes for clients in the Medical Products and Devices, Life Science Tools and Diagnostics and Healthcare IT sectors. Previously, he worked at UBS Investment Bank, where he provided financial advisory services to leading clients in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors.
