    Russell Bedford International has announced that William (Bill) F. Rucci, Jr., CPA, MST, the president of Boston area member firm Rucci Bardaro & Falzone, has been made Vice-Chairman of the international board of management following ratification of his appointment at the accounting network's 2012 annual general meeting in Buenos Aires.
