    Quest CE, premier provider of continuing education and compliance training, has filed a course to meet the newly proposed Ohio Annuity Training Requirement. Resident and non-resident producers licensed to sell, solicit or negotiate annuities, prior to the effective date, must complete a one-time four (4) hour Annuity Training course within six (6) months of the effective date.
