PureSpectrum Inc. (OTC:PSRU) is pleased to announce that it will change its name to Valiant Eagle Inc. with a new CUSIP of 91916V202.
In addition, the Company will do a reverse stock split with 5000 old shares being replaced by 1 new share. The market effective date is February 12 and a "D" will be placed on the ticker symbol for 20 business days. After 20 business days, the symbol will then change back to PSRU. As a result of the reverse stock split, the common shares issued and outstanding will fall from 4,484,700,000 to 896,940.
