To ensure delivery of shares to the participants in Swedbank’s incentive program 2010 and to cover certain costs in connection with the program Swedbank AB (publ) (Swedbank) has issued and repurchased 1,500,000 C-shares.
The number of C-shares has increased from zero to 1,500,000. The number of preferential shares is unchanged 207,264,185 and the number of ordinary shares is unchanged 952,325,992. The total number of shares has consequently increased from 1,159,590,177 with 1,500,000 to 1,161,090,177.
Ordinary and preferential shares each entitle to one vote. C-shares entitle to one tenth of a vote. As a consequence of the issue of C-shares the total number of votes has increased from 1,159,590,177 with 150,...
