MOSCOW - National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, reports that on 13 December a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the company took place. The Board made decision on formation of the following NSD's committees:
- Committee of Interactions with Registrars and Depositories
- Committee of Settlement and Depository Activities and Tariffs
