Christopher Meyer and David Pizzetti of New Vision Asset Management have recently attended a conference in Hong Kong, with the predominant subject on offer being the detection and prevention of financial fraud.
Mr Meyer spoke briefly after the conference, saying “As financial fraud, and fraud in general, gets ever more sophisticated, we must keep up with the times and not become a proverbial dinosaur in regards to the detection and prevention of fraud. As technology is evolving on an almost hour-by-hour basis, we must keep up with this rate of growth as fraudsters are using technological advances to try and commit crime. The subjects discussed today have been eye-opening to say the least.”
