In her first book, Lillian Agbeyegbe weaves family memoir with creative dialogue between mother and child. The collection of family stories is an interesting read about an African mother raising a second generation American child.
On Saturday, the 28th of January 2012, Lillian Agbeyegbe launched her new publication, Speaking My Daughter's Mind: A Collection of Blog Entries.
Lillian Agbeyegbe, who read a short excerpt from the book, said she got the inspiration to start the baby blog due to the many positive responses she received after she sent out a mass email to family and friends announcing the birth of her baby girl. The blog ultimately lead to this collection of witty stories.
