Mr. Steven J. Muehler, Founder and CEO of Muehler International Corporation, today announced a Joint Venture Partnership with Remington Energy Group Corporation.
Los Angeles, CA - Muehler International Corporation today announced it has entered into a Joint Venture agreement with Remington Energy Group for the expansion of Oil & Gas Operations on approximately 3,500 acres under lease in McKean, Warren and Forrest County, Pennsylvania. The joint venture includes both Muehler International Corporation, and the firm's Oil & Natural Gas Private Equity Investment Fund, "Muehler Oil & Gas Fund, Inc."
