Master Chef Zhigang Wang expands the Ohjah brand, opens multiple Ohjah Noodle House restaurants.
The very popular Las Vegas based Ohjah Restaurant Group, with four bustling Japanese Steakhouse locations throughout the Vegas Valley, opens the first two Ohjah Noodle Houses.
Owner Chef Zhigang Wang trained in Japan and learned all the various Japanese cooking styles, but the opening of Ohjah Noodle House is very close to his heart. "My very first restaurant I owned was a Ramen shop in Guam" says Mr. Wang proudly.
