Urban Television Network Corp. (OTC: URBT) The Board of Directors of Urban Television Network Corp. (UTN) has named industry veteran and founder of Punch TV Studios, Joseph Collins, as the new Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. This appointment is expected to breathe new life into the trans-media entertainment company.
