Mid-market investment bank Westbury Group hires experienced M&A managing director to head new San Francisco office.
Westbury Group LLC, a mid-market investment bank headquartered in Connecticut, announced today that Timothy Williamson has joined the firm as its thirteenth managing director and the head of its new West Coast office based in San Francisco.
Westbury provides M&A as well as debt and equity fund raising services for clients in transactions valued between $10 million to $250 million. The firm is a licensed FINRA broker/dealer.
