Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd.(IBHFL) has appointed Akshay Gupta, as Group Executive Head for its Asset Management Businesses. Mr. Gupta, brings with him over 17 years of experience in Indian Asset Management and Banking industry.
Mumbai - In his last assignment as MD & CEO, he was instrumental in setting up the Peerless Funds Management Company from scratch to one of the fastest growing AMCs. Earlier he has worked with Prudential ICICI Mutual Fund, ABN Amro and HSBC.
Under the leadership of Mr.Gupta, IBHFL will leverage its distribution network to substantially enhance its fee income through the Asset Management Business and will also plan to launch an Alternate Investment Fund after seeking necessary approvals.
