HSBC Bank plc announces the first international renminbi bond to be launched outside Chinese sovereign territory
Earlier today HSBC Bank plc launched a benchmark bond issue which signalled a significant step forward in the internationalisation of China's currency (the renminbi or RMB) and in the development of London as an international RMB centre.
