Ivan Duncan to buy California business holdings firm and other assets.
Ivan Duncan, an Indianapolis-based entrepreneur, through IWD Management, is acquiring Hooks Enterprises LLC, a business development and holdings firm. Duncan will also be acquiring all of Hooks Enterprises' assets and a third-party corporation through his business broker.
The undisclosed all cash deal marks Duncan's latest venture into the high profile internet e-commerce market. The firms will be a valuable addition to Duncan's growing portfolio of business properties.
