Real estate market stabilization may still be a long way off, as home prices continue to decline and the latest foreclosure crisis has created an additional strain in the housing sector. A Standard & Poor's/Case-Shiller report that measured home prices in 20 metro areas shows an overall market decline of 0.2 percent, according to The Associated Press.
