IDBI Bank takes a step towards the Green Initiative in Corporate Governance by going paperless and sending documents to shareholders through electronic mode. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has taken "Green Initiative in Corporate Governance" by allowing paperless compliances by Companies through electronic mode.
