GOLDHAN Capital Resources Company today announced that the Board of Directors has appointed L. Jones Cowan as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of the Company, effective June 27, 2011.
GOLDHAN Capital Resources Company (the "Company") today announced that the Board of Directors has appointed L. Jones Cowan as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of the Company, effective June 27, 2011, replacing Tim Riggs, who continued in the roles as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of the Company subsequent to his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in February 2011.
