This is the first time in PSC's history where an organization has been honored with the award twice.
The Fremont Bank Foundation was recently honored by Project Second Chance (PSC) with the Margaret Lesher Memorial Award. PSC is the adult literacy program of the Contra Costa County Library that provides adults with low literacy skills the opportunity to read, write and spell through individual tutoring from qualified volunteers. The award recognizes individuals and organizations for their continued support of PSC's programs.
