HI7E has successfully acquired New York City based Vandaele Holdings, a holding firm comprised of companies in different lines of business that provide customers with variety of products and services.
HI7E, a private investment partnership based in Florida, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Vandaele Holdings to further expand its business, which will take effect starting on March 9th, 2011.
