Corolla Financial analysts believe that the euro rally could continue and stabilise around $1.30.
The euro made significant gains Tuesday on expectations that a German Court will back the euro zone bailout fund. Germany's Federal Constitutional Court will rule Wednesday on whether the euro zone's permanent bailout fund is in keeping with the German Constitution. Most analysts don't expect the court to block the European Stability Mechanism (ESM), however it is likely that more limits and conditions could be called for.
