Encite Financial Group announced today that it has acquired PPMLogix.com and RegDFast.com. The company now has 4 DIY Regulation D websites that focus on Reg D educational blogs, tutorials and private placement memorandum templates, also known as PPM Templates.
In March 2014 Encite Financial Group acquired Reg D Fast® and began acquiring PPM Logix®. Both sites were previously owned by Encite's parent company Stallion Assets, and were sold in 2011 to new owners.
