Atlanta based Ebix, Inc. (NASDAQ: EBIX), a leading international supplier of On-Demand software and E-commerce services to the insurance, financial and healthcare industries, has acquired Via Media Health, one of India's leading health communication agencies. Ebix has announced that Via Media Health will be immediately integrated into its A.D.A.M. Health Information Exchange Division.
Mumbai - Via Media Health's acquisition will provide A.D.A.M. (Animated Dissection of Anatomy for Medicine) immediate access to clients across healthcare delivery, diagnostics, consumer health, pharmaceuticals and public health.
