E3 expands technology portfolio and international operations with equity stake in HESA Ltd. The investment provides access to an alternative energy technology portfolio which will be integrated into the company's operations.

E3 Services and Solutions Inc. (http://www.e3space.com) has acquired an equity position in HESDA Ltd., a Seychelles based energy technologies.

The same transaction included the formation of HESA Energy LLC in the United States and a share swap with HESA Ltd.
