Delray Securities to launch two new Real Estate Investment Funds focused on Residential Spec Home Construction and Residential Rehab Construction in Southern California and Southern Florida.
Boca Raton, Florida - Delray Securities today announced today the launch of its two new private real estate funds. The California Private Equity Capital Firm plans to increase its footprint in the real estate investment market with two real estate investment funds that focus on "residential spec construction and rehab" fundings. The funds each expect to raise $200 million to take advantage of depressed real estate prices due to the current market environment.
