Commonwealth Bank has announced the recipients of the 2012 Community Grants program. 244 grants have been awarded to organisations across the country that support the health and wellbeing of children, with an overall total of $2 million awarded by the Bank.
The annual Community Grants program is funded by the Commonwealth Bank Staff Community Fund; Australia’s longest running employee contribution program. Current and retired Bank staff contribute to the Fund from their pay with the Bank matching these contributions dollar for dollar.
The $2 million, which is being awarded to grant recipients across Australia this year, is the largest donation ever made by the Commonwealth Bank Staff Community Fund and makes the Commonwealth Bank Community Grant...
