Terry Silver, CPA, CVA, CFF has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Montgomery County Association for the Blind (MCAB). MCAB provides comprehensive services intended to enhance the quality of life and independence of people coping with blindness and vision impairment through rehabilitation, education, support and advocacy. Silver's service on the organization's Board of Directors became effective on July 1, 2012.
