Care UK has announced the acquisition of healthcare provider UK Specialist Hospitals (UKSH), which, like Care UK, operates elective surgery centres for NHS funded patients. The new organisation will have the resources and expertise to continue to invest in and develop services for NHS commissioners and patients.
Mike Parish, Care UK Chief Executive, said: "Both Care UK and UK Specialist Hospitals have a very strong track record of exceptional levels of quality of care and of fantastic outcomes for patients.
