Russell Bedford accounting group selects Boutros, Saghir & Associates as its correspondent firm in Lebanon.
Boutros, Saghir & Associates (BSA), a newly-launched audit, tax and advisory practice, has joined Russell Bedford International as the global network's correspondent in Beirut, Lebanon.
The firm was launched as a Professional Civil Company in May 2013 by its two partners, Abdel Kader Saghir and Tony Boutros, both members of the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants (LACPA).
