Blue Coast Banc today announced a Joint Venture Partnership with Concordia Funding, Inc. for a Real Estate and Mineral Rights Venture in Northern California.
Los Angeles, CA - Blue Coast Banc (a Division of Blue Coast Securities Corporation, a Los Angeles Based Investment Banking firm) today announced it has entered into a Joint Venture agreement with Concordia Funding, Inc. (a subsidiary or JDL Development, LLC) for a Real Estate and Mineral Rights Venture in Northern California.
