Steve Muehler, President of the Beverly Hills based Alta Vista Companies, today announced that the Company will be filing the S-1 with the SEC for a public stock offering of the Company's 'Real Estate Fund II' this month.
Beverly Hills, C.A. - Mr. Steve Muehler of the Beverly Hills based "Alta Vista Companies", which is the parent company of 'Alta Vista Companies Real Estate Fund II Corporation', announced today that is intends to file a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock.
