BBVA customers in Spain now have a new way to interact with their bank on the social networks: Foursquare.
For the last three months, BBVA has built-out proactive management of its branches' with Foursquare in the social network. This innovative service is enabling BBVA to obtain first-hand knowledge of any problems customers may have in each zone as well as giving BBVA the ability to offer new services, such as the chance to earn more points in BBVA Game, the game that rewards interaction with the bank.
