Bank of America Merrill Lynch is proud announce its sponsorship of ‘Jeff Koons: The Painter’ and ‘Jeff Koons: The Sculptor’, two major new exhibitions running simultaneously at the Schirn Kunsthalle and Liebieghaus Skulpturensammlung museums in Frankfurt. The exhibitions run from 20 June to 23 September 2012.
At the Schirn Kunsthalle, 40 paintings will be on display in the first comprehensive overview of the artist’s painted pieces spanning his early career to his most recent ‘Antiquity’ series; at the Liebieghaus Skulpturensammlung, 50 of Koons’ iconic sculptures will be presented, alongside a number of his newer works.
