BadgePass, Inc., has acquired the business and assets of Addem, Inc., based in Fargo, ND.
For BadgePass, headquartered in Ridgeland, MS, the acquisition of Addem represents the fifth acquisition in the last three years and furthers its footprint to include five state capitals and direct sales and service coverage in eight states.
