Swarm, a full service interactive agency focused on generating buzz for client brands, has acquired Richmond, VA-based social media company The Hardwicke Group for an undisclosed sum. The Hardwicke Group was one of Virginia's earliest entrants into the social media business. Swarm's rapidly increasing growth led them to acquisition as a corporate strategy to meet rising demand for services.
Swarm announced today that it has acquired digital marketing strategy and consulting firm The Hardwicke Group. The Hardwicke Group will function as a wholly owned subsidiary of Swarm and operate under the name Swarm RVA.
