Partners, such as OnPoint Community Credit Union, made an important contribution to provide financial education to more than 1,800 local students during April.
Financial Beginnings, a Portland-based nonprofit that provides free financial education to children and young adults, announced that it raised more than $30,000 through its fundraising campaign held during April's Financial Literacy month. In April, Financial Beginnings offered the largest amount of programming and had its most successful fundraising campaign in the organization's history.
