Unified brand provides customers access to fully integrated producer of thermal and material-handling solutions
CALGARY, Alberta – Netherlands-based private equity firm Anders Invest BV has recently closed a previously announced agreement to purchase all issued and outstanding shares of Canadian-headquartered heat transfer technology specialists Solex Thermal Science Inc. (“Solex”).
The acquisition follows a previous investment in The Netherlands-based Mosman Stainless Steel (“Mosman”) that will now operate under the Solex brand.
