Steve Muehler, President of the Beverly Hills based Alta Vista Companies, today announced that the Company will be filing the S-1 with the SEC for a public stock offering of the Company's 'Oil & Gas Fund I' this month.
Beverly Hills, C.A. - Mr. Steve Muehler of the Beverly Hills based "Alta Vista Companies", which is the parent company of 'Alta Vista Companies Oil & Gas Fund I Corporation', announced today that is intends to file a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock.
